The band performed “Alkaline” live for the first time at the Download Festival Pilot on the same day. Following the lead single, “The Love You Want” was released on August 6, and “Fall for Me” followed on September 17, just a week before the album’s release. According to Setlist.fm, as of March 2023, “Alkaline” is the most frequently performed song from “This Place Will Become Your Tomb” by Sleep Token, ranking third overall.
